My pictures are not being uploaded; they are being taken down, and two I had up for a year on Muslim Cupid. But on all Cupid sites, all my pictures are being taken down, and there are no nude pictures of me.

I paid for a one month subscription of the Platinum package and I still can't read or see my messages or likes. It's still acting in standard mode.

It's been 2 hours since I paid for the Platinum package. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Black Cupid app.

The website has old, non-updated profiles, and the women look old-fashioned. A lot of them are contacting me from other countries. I want a refund.

Women from other countries contacting me when I put my state and women within 100 miles of Newport News Va. The selected women in the area profiles are old and the women are bad looking and most look old fashioned poorly dressed. A lot of women haven't been active in several months which none where attractive or one night stand material.

I was going to get the one that says &14 and when I checked it it went to 29 whats up with that can you please tell me. Or it was just to get us to click on it if it says $14 let it stay $14

Terrible experience with the choices of men! Lots of scammers trying to target women of certain ages in the 50-80 demographics for clout, money, etc.

No explanation other than permanently suspending my account for violating the Terms & Agreement. I want to know what exactly I did.

This company is a rip-off.They charge you for no reason, there's no customer service support, you can't get in contact with anyone to resolve your issues.

I was approached by many men outside of the US. The ones claiming to be from the US were not who they claimed to be.

A simple Google image search showed they were using pictures from social media sites and changing the names. For instance, one person claimed to be a man from New York.

When I searched his image, he was a gay man from San Francisco. There was another one claiming to be Ginuwine, the R&B artist.
